A flavorful grilled dish featuring tender steak pieces brushed with a rich garlic butter glaze, perfect for gatherings or quick dinners.
Ingredients
700 g beef sirloin or ribeye, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
80 g unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
Toss steak cubes with olive oil and seasonings. Marinate for 20–30 minutes.
Thread steak onto skewers evenly.
Melt butter, add garlic, cook briefly, then stir in parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Grill skewers over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Brush garlic butter glaze during the last few minutes of cooking.
Remove from grill, rest for 5 minutes, and serve.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers before use to prevent burning.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Use a meat thermometer for precise doneness.
