Description

A creamy, spicy, and savory no-bake appetizer inspired by classic jalapeño poppers, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups (200 g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup (100 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup (150 g) cooked bacon-style strips (beef or turkey), chopped
  • 23 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (60 g) crushed crackers or breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add cheddar and mozzarella cheeses and stir well.
  3. Mix in bacon-style strips, jalapeños, and seasonings.
  4. Chill mixture for 30–45 minutes.
  5. Roll into small balls and coat with crushed crackers.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes
