Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts (500 g), cut into pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
300 g pasta
2 liters water
1 teaspoon salt (for boiling)
3 tablespoons butter (45 g)
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream (480 ml)
1 cup Parmesan cheese (100 g)
2 cups mozzarella cheese total (200 g)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons parsley (optional)
Instructions
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
Cook chicken in olive oil with spices until fully cooked.
Melt butter, sauté garlic, then add cream and cheeses to make sauce.
Combine pasta, chicken, and sauce.
Transfer to a baking dish and top with cheese.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes.
Rest briefly, garnish, and serve.
