Description

A warm, comforting twist on the classic cheeseburger, wrapped in soft dough and brushed with garlic butter for an irresistible finish.


Ingredients

  • 450 g (1 lb) ground beef

  • 1 small onion, finely diced (100 g / 3.5 oz)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

  • 120 g (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese

  • 120 g (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 package crescent roll dough or pizza dough (250–300 g / 9–10 oz)

  • 60 g (4 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

  • Add garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Stir in ketchup and mustard, then remove from heat.

  • Let the mixture cool slightly, then mix in cheddar and mozzarella.

  • Unroll dough and place filling at the wide end of each piece. Roll tightly and place seam-side down.

  • Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley, then brush over rollups.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overfill the dough to prevent leaks.

  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauces for extra flavor.
