A warm, comforting twist on the classic cheeseburger, wrapped in soft dough and brushed with garlic butter for an irresistible finish.
Ingredients

450 g (1 lb) ground beef

1 small onion, finely diced (100 g / 3.5 oz)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon ketchup
-
1 teaspoon yellow mustard

120 g (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese

120 g (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese

1 package crescent roll dough or pizza dough (250–300 g / 9–10 oz)

60 g (4 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Add garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Stir in ketchup and mustard, then remove from heat.

Let the mixture cool slightly, then mix in cheddar and mozzarella.

Unroll dough and place filling at the wide end of each piece. Roll tightly and place seam-side down.

Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley, then brush over rollups.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Do not overfill the dough to prevent leaks.
