Ingredients
- Frozen tater tots – 32 ounces (900 g)
- Shredded sharp cheddar cheese – 2 cups (200 g)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 cup (100 g)
- Cooked chicken, diced – 1 cup (150 g)
- Sour cream – ½ cup (120 ml)
- Green onions, sliced – ¼ cup
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
- Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Paprika – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Salt – ½ teaspoon (3 g)
- Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon (1 g)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Spread tater tots evenly, drizzle with olive oil, and season with spices.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy.
- Sprinkle cheeses and diced chicken over the tots.
- Bake an additional 5–7 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with green onions and serve with sour cream.
