Description

Savory beef and melty cheddar baked inside soft rolls for an easy, crowd-pleasing favorite.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (450 g)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire-style sauce (15 ml)

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 12 slider rolls

  • 8 slices cheddar cheese (200 g)

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (60 g)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  • Brown beef in olive oil; drain excess fat.

  • Add onion and garlic; cook until soft.

  • Season beef and remove from heat.

  • Assemble rolls with beef and cheese.

  • Brush tops with seasoned butter.

  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) until golden and melty.

Notes
