Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (450 g)

1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire-style sauce (15 ml)

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

12 slider rolls

8 slices cheddar cheese (200 g)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (60 g)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions

Brown beef in olive oil; drain excess fat.

Add onion and garlic; cook until soft.

Season beef and remove from heat.

Assemble rolls with beef and cheese.

Brush tops with seasoned butter.
