Ingredients

  • 4 round bread rolls or small loaves (450 g total)

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened (60 g)

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded (300 g)

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (30 g)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1½ cups heavy cream (360 ml)

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (90 g)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (100 g)

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Hollow out bread rolls, leaving a thick shell.

  • Mix softened butter, garlic powder, parsley, and salt. Spread inside bread bowls and bake for 10–12 minutes.

  • Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic, then add heavy cream and simmer gently.

  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, seasoning, and cooked chicken until creamy.

  • Fill bread bowls with Alfredo mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.

  • Serve warm.
