  • 2 cups beef broth (480 ml)

  • 1 cup milk (240 ml)

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked (200 g)

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (170 g)

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley


Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan and brown ground beef until fully cooked.

  • Add onion and cook until softened, then stir in garlic and tomato paste.

  • Pour in beef broth and milk; bring to a simmer.

  • Add macaroni, cover, and simmer until pasta is tender.

  • Stir in cheese and seasonings until melted and creamy.

  • Rest briefly, then serve warm.
