Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (450 g)

1 small onion, diced (100 g)

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons tomato paste (30 g)

2 cups beef broth (480 ml)

1 cup milk (240 ml)

2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked (200 g)

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (170 g)

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pan and brown ground beef until fully cooked.

Add onion and cook until softened, then stir in garlic and tomato paste.

Pour in beef broth and milk; bring to a simmer.
