Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts – 1½ pounds (680 g)

Olive oil – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)

Salt – ¾ teaspoon (4 g)

Black pepper – ½ teaspoon (2 g)

Paprika – 1 teaspoon (5 g)

Honey – ½ cup (170 g)

Soy sauce – ¼ cup (60 ml)

Garlic, minced – 6 cloves (18 g)

Rice vinegar – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)

Cornstarch – 1½ teaspoons (5 g)

Water – 3 tablespoons (45 ml)

Green onions – ¼ cup (25 g), sliced
Instructions

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water.

Pour sauce into the skillet and simmer until thickened.

Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.

Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
