2 1/2 cups (312g) all-purpose flour

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Cream the butter and sugar together in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 3–4 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing just until incorporated.

Prepare your cookie press with your desired disc shape and fill it with the dough.

Press cookies onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 1 inch of space between each.
