Ingredients
- Cream cheese – 16 oz (450 g), softened
- Sharp cheddar cheese – 1 ½ cups (170 g), finely shredded
- Savory turkey-style smoky bits – ½ cup (60 g), finely chopped
- Green onions – ¼ cup (25 g), sliced
- Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder – ½ teaspoon
- Paprika – ½ teaspoon
- Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon
- Salt – ¼ teaspoon
- Pretzel sticks – 30–36 sticks
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped smoky turkey-style bits and green onions.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 to 1½ inches in size.
- Insert a pretzel stick into the center of each cheeseball.
- Arrange on a serving platter and serve chilled or slightly softened.
