Ingredients

  • Cream cheese – 16 oz (450 g), softened
  • Sharp cheddar cheese – 1 ½ cups (170 g), finely shredded
  • Savory turkey-style smoky bits – ½ cup (60 g), finely chopped
  • Green onions – ¼ cup (25 g), sliced
  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Paprika – ½ teaspoon
  • Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon
  • Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Pretzel sticks – 30–36 sticks

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped smoky turkey-style bits and green onions.
  4. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
  5. Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 to 1½ inches in size.
