  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter gently.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and stir until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Stir in the sour cream, mixing until well combined.
  4. Add the shredded cheddar cheese gradually, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour in the milk slowly, stirring to reach a creamy dipping consistency.
  6. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt, mixing well.
  7. Remove from heat and serve warm with pretzels or desired dippers.
