Instructions

Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water and trim the stem ends. Remove any yellow or damaged outer leaves. Slice each sprout in half lengthwise.

Place the halved sprouts in a large bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
