Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups dill pickle slices (240 g), drained and dried

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (60 g)

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tablespoons milk (30 ml)

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (60 g)

  • ½ cup cornmeal (75 g)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • Cooking spray or 1 tablespoon neutral oil (15 ml)

  • Coat each pickle slice in flour, then egg mixture, then breadcrumb mixture.

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  • Arrange pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with oil.

  • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
