A crunchy, tangy snack made easily in the air fryer, perfect for sharing or satisfying a savory craving.
Ingredients

2 cups dill pickle slices (240 g), drained and dried

½ cup all-purpose flour (60 g)

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons milk (30 ml)

1 cup breadcrumbs (60 g)

½ cup cornmeal (75 g)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Cooking spray or 1 tablespoon neutral oil (15 ml)
Instructions

Drain pickle slices and pat them completely dry with paper towels.

Place flour in one bowl. Whisk eggs and milk in a second bowl. Combine breadcrumbs, cornmeal, and seasonings in a third bowl.

Coat each pickle slice in flour, then egg mixture, then breadcrumb mixture.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Arrange pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with oil.

Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Serve immediately while hot.
