Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (120 g) sour cream
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in heavy cream, garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, onion powder, and salt.
  4. Fold in shredded smoked Gouda, reserving a small amount for topping.
  5. Transfer to an oven-safe dish, sprinkle remaining cheese on top, and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives and serve warm.
