- 8 oz (225 g) smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup (120 g) sour cream
- ¼ cup (60 ml) heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in heavy cream, garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, onion powder, and salt.
- Fold in shredded smoked Gouda, reserving a small amount for topping.
- Transfer to an oven-safe dish, sprinkle remaining cheese on top, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Garnish with chopped chives and serve warm.
