Description

A fun, shareable twist on classic pizza flavors, these cheesy pizza bombs are golden on the outside and irresistibly gooey on the inside.

Ingredients

  • Refrigerated pizza dough – 1 pound (about 450 g)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 ½ cups (170 g)
  • Beef pepperoni slices – ¾ cup (about 90 g), chopped
  • Pizza sauce – ½ cup (120 ml)
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon
  • Grated Parmesan cheese – ¼ cup (25 g)
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped – 2 tablespoons (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 12–14 equal squares.
  3. Place about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce, a pinch of mozzarella, and a few pieces of beef pepperoni in the center of each square.
  4. Pull the dough edges up and seal tightly, forming a ball.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then brush over each pizza bomb.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  1. Avoid overfilling to prevent leaks during baking.
  2. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
  3. Best enjoyed warm for maximum cheesiness.
