Description
A fun, shareable twist on classic pizza flavors, these cheesy pizza bombs are golden on the outside and irresistibly gooey on the inside.
Ingredients
- Refrigerated pizza dough – 1 pound (about 450 g)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 ½ cups (170 g)
- Beef pepperoni slices – ¾ cup (about 90 g), chopped
- Pizza sauce – ½ cup (120 ml)
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
- Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon
- Grated Parmesan cheese – ¼ cup (25 g)
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped – 2 tablespoons (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 12–14 equal squares.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce, a pinch of mozzarella, and a few pieces of beef pepperoni in the center of each square.
- Pull the dough edges up and seal tightly, forming a ball.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then brush over each pizza bomb.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

- Avoid overfilling to prevent leaks during baking.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
