A quick and flavorful chicken dish cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 500 g), sliced
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
120 ml chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and thyme.
Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining butter and garlic to the pan; cook for 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice and return chicken to the pan.
Spoon sauce over chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve.

Use fresh garlic for best flavor
