Description

These buffalo chicken sliders are packed with bold, tangy flavor and layered with tender chicken, melty cheese, and soft buns for an easy, crowd-pleasing meal.


Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 1½ pounds (680 g)
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon (6 g)
  • Black pepper – ½ teaspoon (2 g)
  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Onion powder – 1 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Paprika – 1 teaspoon (2 g)
  • Buffalo-style sauce – ¾ cup (180 ml)
  • Unsalted butter – 4 tablespoons (56 g), melted
  • Slider buns – 12 rolls (about 360 g)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1½ cups (170 g)
  • Ranch-style dressing – ½ cup (120 ml)
  • Green onions, sliced – ¼ cup (25 g)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until fully done.
  3. Shred chicken and toss with buffalo-style sauce mixed with melted butter.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place bottom halves of slider buns in a baking dish.
  6. Spread buffalo chicken evenly over buns.
  7. Drizzle ranch-style dressing and sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Add top buns and bake covered for 12–15 minutes.
  9. Uncover and bake 3–5 minutes more until lightly toasted.
  10. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, assemble sliders just before baking to keep buns soft and prevent sogginess. Adjust sauce amount to control spice level.
