These Easy Pepperoni Pizza Sliders combine classic pizza flavors with soft, pull-apart rolls for a quick and crowd-pleasing dish perfect for parties, gatherings, or an easy family meal.

- 12 slider rolls
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1½ cups beef or turkey pepperoni slices
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Slice the slider rolls horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the rolls.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Layer the pepperoni slices evenly.
- Add the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the fillings.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then brush over the rolls.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use connected rolls for easier assembly and slicing.
- Avoid over-saucing to keep sliders from becoming soggy.
- Customize with vegetables or additional cheese if desired.
