Description

These Easy Pepperoni Pizza Sliders combine classic pizza flavors with soft, pull-apart rolls for a quick and crowd-pleasing dish perfect for parties, gatherings, or an easy family meal.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1½ cups beef or turkey pepperoni slices
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Slice the slider rolls horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the rolls.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Layer the pepperoni slices evenly.
  6. Add the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. Place the top half of the rolls over the fillings.
  8. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then brush over the rolls.
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  11. Uncover and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  12. Rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use connected rolls for easier assembly and slicing.
  • Avoid over-saucing to keep sliders from becoming soggy.
