Ingredients

Cornstarch – 1 teaspoon (3 g)

Jasmine rice – 1½ cups (300 g)

Water – 3 cups (720 ml)

Broccoli florets – 2 cups (180 g)

Instructions

Rinse and cook the rice with water according to package instructions.

Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water.

Toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Cook shrimp in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes per side, then remove.

Sauté vegetables in the same skillet for 3–4 minutes.

Add sauce, cook until thickened, then return shrimp and toss to coat.
