Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

  • ⅓ cup honey (110 g)

  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce (60 ml)

  • ½ cup water (120 ml)

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (8 g)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil


Instructions

  • Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, seasonings until combined.

  • Shape into bite-sized meatballs.

  • Cook meatballs in olive oil until browned and cooked through.

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, water, cornstarch, and garlic.

  • Simmer sauce until thickened.
