Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey (450 g)

½ cup breadcrumbs (30 g)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

⅓ cup honey (110 g)

¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce (60 ml)

½ cup water (120 ml)

1 tablespoon cornstarch (8 g)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions

Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, seasonings until combined.
