Description

A hearty, grab-and-go breakfast filled with savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and melty cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage (450 g), chicken or turkey

  • 8 large eggs

  • ¼ cup milk (60 ml)

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • 12 dinner rolls

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (180 g)

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (60 g)

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley


Instructions

  • Cook sausage until browned and set aside.

  • Scramble seasoned eggs until just set.

  • Assemble rolls with sausage, eggs, and cheese.

  • Brush tops with seasoned butter.

  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) until golden and melty.

Notes
