Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lb (900 g) cooked chicken breast, finely shredded
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups (170 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (110 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz / 28 g)
- 12 slider buns
- 4 tablespoons (60 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish large enough to hold the sliders.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth and evenly combined.
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns.
- Place the top buns over the filling, pressing gently.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley.
- Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the buns.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the filling is heated through.
- Let rest for a few minutes, then slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
Notes
- Use finely shredded chicken for the creamiest texture.
- Sliders can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- For best reheating results, warm leftovers in the oven rather than the microwave.
