Description

A creamy, savory slider recipe designed for sharing, perfect for game days and casual gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lb (900 g) cooked chicken breast, finely shredded
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups (170 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup (110 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz / 28 g)
  • 12 slider buns
  • 4 tablespoons (60 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish large enough to hold the sliders.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth and evenly combined.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns.
  5. Place the top buns over the filling, pressing gently.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley.
  7. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the buns.
  8. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the filling is heated through.
  9. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use finely shredded chicken for the creamiest texture.
  • Sliders can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • For best reheating results, warm leftovers in the oven rather than the microwave.
