Ingredients

2 large red bell peppers, cut into pieces

2 large yellow bell peppers, cut into pieces

1 large green bell pepper, cut into pieces

1 large red onion, cut into chunks

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, oregano, and lemon juice.

Add sausage pieces, peppers, and onions, and toss to coat evenly.

Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.

Thread ingredients onto skewers, alternating between sausage and vegetables.

Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grates.

Grill skewers for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.

Remove from grill and serve hot.
