Description
A warm, crispy dessert coated in cinnamon sugar and made easily in the air fryer.
Ingredients

1 cup water (240 ml)

2 tablespoons granulated sugar (25 g)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter (30 g)

¼ teaspoon salt

1 cup all-purpose flour (125 g)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup granulated sugar (100 g)

1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

Cooking spray or 1 tablespoon neutral oil (15 ml)

Instructions

Heat water, sugar, butter, and salt in a saucepan until simmering.

Add flour and stir until a smooth dough forms. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla.

Pipe dough into small bite-sized pieces.

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease the basket.

Air fry churro bites for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden.

Toss warm churro bites in cinnamon sugar.

Serve immediately.
