Ingredients

1½ cups long-grain white rice (300 g)

3 cups water or chicken broth (720 ml)

1½ pounds chicken thighs or breasts (680 g)

1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

⅓ cup soy sauce (80 ml)

¼ cup honey (85 g)

¼ cup ketchup (60 ml)

2 tablespoons brown sugar (25 g)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons water (30 ml)
Instructions

Cook rice until fluffy and set aside.

Cook seasoned chicken in a skillet until golden.

Whisk sauce ingredients and simmer until thick.
