A tender, pan-seared steak served with a rich and creamy garlic sauce that brings bold flavor and comforting elegance to your table.
Ingredients

2 beef steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or strip), about 250 g each

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon butter
-
5 cloves garlic, finely minced

240 ml heavy cream
-
60 ml beef broth
-
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or dried parsley
Instructions

Pat steaks dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steaks for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove and rest.

Lower heat, add butter and garlic to the skillet, and sauté briefly.

Pour in beef broth, simmer, then add cream and herbs. Cook until slightly thickened.

Return steaks to the pan, spoon sauce over them, and warm briefly before serving.
