Ingredients

1½ pounds (680 g) sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

¾ cup (75 g) freshly grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Pat the steak cubes dry and season with salt and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium, add butter, and melt. Add garlic and sauté for 30–40 seconds.

Pour in heavy cream, add seasonings, and simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Return steak bites to the pan, toss to coat, and simmer for 1–2 minutes. Serve warm.
