Description

A rich and cheesy layered dip packed with seasoned ground meat and fresh toppings, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

Scale

500 g ground beef or chicken

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons taco seasoning

120 ml water

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

200 g cream cheese, softened

120 ml sour cream

60 g mayonnaise

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

200 g shredded cheddar cheese

100 g shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup chopped tomatoes

1/2 cup sliced olives

1/2 cup chopped lettuce

1/4 cup green onions

1/2 cup diced bell peppers


Instructions

Heat oil in a skillet and sauté onion and garlic.

Add ground meat and cook until browned.

Stir in seasoning, water, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and spices until smooth.

Spread creamy mixture in a baking dish.

Add meat layer and top with cheeses.

Bake at 180°C for 15–20 minutes.

Add fresh toppings before serving.
