Ingredients
500 g ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
12 slider buns
6 slices cheddar cheese (cut in half)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped (100 g)
1 tablespoon butter (14 g)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (30 g)
2 tablespoons ketchup (30 g)
1 tablespoon mustard (15 g)
6 lettuce leaves
1 medium tomato (150 g), sliced
6 pickle slices, halved
Instructions
Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Divide into 12 portions and shape into small patties.
Cook patties in a skillet with olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side.
Add cheese during the last minute and cover to melt.
Toast buns with butter until golden.
Spread sauces on buns, add lettuce, patty, onions, tomato, and pickles.
