Ingredients

450 g flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

300 g dried egg noodles

4 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

120 ml beef broth

1 teaspoon grated ginger

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons cooking oil

1 medium onion, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

100 g green beans or snap peas

2 green onions, sliced
Instructions

Marinate the beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and black pepper for 15 minutes.

Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

Whisk together sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Sear beef in hot oil until browned, then remove from pan.

Stir-fry vegetables until just tender.

Add garlic and ginger, then pour in sauce and cook until thickened.

Return beef and noodles to the pan and toss until coated.
