A refreshing, creamy no-bake dessert layered with a buttery graham cracker crust and tangy key lime cheesecake filling.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups (150 g) graham cracker crumbs
â…“ cup (75 g) unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons (25 g) granulated sugar
2 cups (450 g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
¾ cup (90 g) powdered sugar
â…“ cup (80 ml) key lime juice
1 tablespoon key lime zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup (240 ml) whipped cream
Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
Press mixture into the bottom of serving cups and chill.
Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, lime juice, zest, and vanilla.
Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into cheesecake mixture.
Spoon or pipe filling over crust.
Chill for 3–4 hours until set.
Top with whipped cream and garnish before serving.

Use fresh lime juice for best flavor.
Ensure cream cheese is fully softened before mixing.
Chill thoroughly for proper texture.
