1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (avoid pre-shredded)

Non-stick baking sheet or parchment paper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan and chopped rosemary. Add a light sprinkle of black pepper if desired.
