Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes – 24 pieces (about 360 g)
- Fresh mozzarella balls (mini) – 24 pieces (about 360 g)
- Fresh basil leaves – 24 leaves (about 15 g)
- Extra virgin olive oil – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
- Balsamic glaze – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
- Salt – ¼ teaspoon (1.5 g)
- Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon (1 g)
- Toothpicks or small skewers – 24
Instructions
- Wash and dry cherry tomatoes and basil leaves thoroughly.
- Drain mozzarella balls and pat dry gently.
- Thread one tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball onto each toothpick.
- Arrange assembled bites on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Season lightly with salt and black pepper before serving.
