Ingredients
- All-purpose flour – 3 ½ cups (420 g)
- Instant yeast – 2 ¼ teaspoons (7 g)
- Granulated sugar – 2 tablespoons (25 g)
- Salt – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Warm milk – 1 cup (240 ml)
- Unsalted butter, melted – 4 tablespoons (56 g)
- Large eggs – 2
- Shredded mozzarella cheese – 2 cups (200 g)
- Shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup (100 g)
- Pepperoni slices, chopped – 1 ½ cups (150 g)
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
- Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon (3 g)
- Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon (2 g)
- Grated Parmesan cheese – ¼ cup (25 g)
Instructions
- Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let foam for 5–7 minutes.
- Add butter, eggs, salt, and flour; knead until smooth.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
- Combine cheeses, pepperoni, and seasonings.
- Roll out dough, add filling, cut into squares, and stack in baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes until golden.
