Description

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese – 225 g / 8 oz
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 120 g / 1 cup
  • Shredded sharp cheddar cheese – 120 g / 1 cup
  • Pepper jelly – 120 g / ½ cup
  • Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Onion powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Paprika – ¼ teaspoon
  • Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped – 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mozzarella, and cheddar until well blended.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  5. Spoon pepper jelly over the top and gently swirl it into the cheese layer.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
