Ingredients
- Cream cheese – 225 g / 8 oz
- Shredded mozzarella cheese – 120 g / 1 cup
- Shredded sharp cheddar cheese – 120 g / 1 cup
- Pepper jelly – 120 g / ½ cup
- Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon
- Onion powder – ½ teaspoon
- Paprika – ¼ teaspoon
- Salt – ¼ teaspoon
- Fresh parsley, chopped – 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mozzarella, and cheddar until well blended.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly into a baking dish.
- Spoon pepper jelly over the top and gently swirl it into the cheese layer.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

- Adjust spice level by choosing mild, medium, or hot pepper jelly.
