 A creamy, crowd-pleasing corn dip that’s easy to prepare, endlessly scoopable, and perfect for gatherings of any size.


Ingredients

  • Whole kernel corn, drained – 3 cups (450 g)
  • Cream cheese, softened – 8 ounces (225 g)
  • Sour cream – 1 cup (240 g)
  • Mayonnaise – ½ cup (120 g)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup (110 g)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 cup (110 g)
  • Green onions, sliced – ½ cup (60 g)
  • Red bell pepper, diced – ½ cup (75 g)
  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – ¾ teaspoon
  • Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Fold in corn, green onions, and red bell pepper.
  3. Add seasonings and mix well.
  4. Stir in shredded cheeses.
  5. Serve chilled or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Garnish and serve with chips or vegetables.

Notes

This dip can be prepared a day ahead and baked just before serving. Adjust seasoning to taste and customize with additional vegetables or cheeses if desired.
