Ingredients

  • Cream cheese – 400 g (14 oz), softened

  • Sour cream – 1 cup (240 g)

  • Mayonnaise – ½ cup (120 g)

  • Shredded cheddar cheese – 1½ cups (170 g)

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 cup (115 g)

  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon

  • Onion powder – 1 teaspoon

  • Paprika – 1 teaspoon

  • Salt – ¾ teaspoon

  • Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

  • Green onions – ½ cup (50 g), chopped

  • Fresh parsley – 2 tablespoons, chopped

  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

  • Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  • Fold in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, parsley, and lemon juice.

  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and lightly golden.

  • Let rest for 5 minutes and serve warm.
