Ingredients

Cream cheese – 400 g (14 oz), softened

Sour cream – 1 cup (240 g)

Mayonnaise – ½ cup (120 g)

Shredded cheddar cheese – 1½ cups (170 g)

Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 cup (115 g)

Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon

Onion powder – 1 teaspoon

Paprika – 1 teaspoon

Salt – ¾ teaspoon

Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Green onions – ½ cup (50 g), chopped

Fresh parsley – 2 tablespoons, chopped

Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Fold in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, parsley, and lemon juice.

Transfer mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and lightly golden.

Let rest for 5 minutes and serve warm.
