Ingredients
For the Dough:

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.

In a large bowl, mix sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt. Gradually add the yeast mixture, then flour until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1–2 hours until doubled in size.

Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling. Ensure butter is softened.

Roll dough into a 16×12-inch rectangle. Spread butter over dough, then sprinkle filling evenly.
