- Red pepper flakes – ¼ teaspoon (0.5 g)
- Fresh thyme or basil, chopped – 1 tablespoon (3 g)
Instructions
- Place ricotta in a bowl and whip until smooth and airy.
- Add lemon zest, salt, and black pepper, mixing gently.
- Spread ricotta into a shallow serving dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and hot honey.
- Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and fresh herbs.

Notes
