Ingredients

1½ pounds ground turkey (680 g)

1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (120 g)

½ cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped (75 g)

½ cup breadcrumbs (30 g)

1 large egg

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix turkey with seasonings, breadcrumbs, and egg.

Fold in cheddar and turkey bacon.

Transfer to baking dish and top with extra cheese if desired.
