Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken or ground beef (450 g)

1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

1 packet taco seasoning (28 g)

½ cup ranch dressing (120 g)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (110 g)

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (55 g)

2 tablespoons chopped green onions

1 cup breadcrumbs (60 g)

½ cup crushed cornflakes or panko (30 g)

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon paprika

1 large egg
Instructions

Cook ground meat in olive oil until browned; drain excess fat.

Stir in taco seasoning and cook briefly.

Mix meat with ranch dressing, cheeses, and green onions.

Shape mixture into bite-sized balls.

Dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–22 minutes until golden.
