Ingredients

2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and diced (about 2 cups)

1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely diced

1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon honey (optional)

2–3 cups tortilla chips


Instructions

Peel and dice the mangoes into small cubes.

Finely chop the red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeño.

In a bowl, combine mango, bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.

Add lime juice, salt, black pepper, and honey if using.

Gently mix until well combined.

Let sit for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

Use ripe but firm mangoes for best texture

Adjust jalapeño based on spice preference
