Ingredients

3 cups cooked shredded chicken (500–600 g)

1 ½ cups barbecue sauce (360 ml)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

500 g tortilla chips

3 cups shredded cheddar cheese (300 g)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (200 g)

1 cup corn kernels (150 g)

1 cup black beans (170 g)

1 small red onion, chopped

1 jalapeño, sliced

1 cup diced tomatoes (150 g)

1 avocado, diced

½ cup sour cream (120 ml)

¼ cup chopped cilantro

½ cup green onions

1 lime


Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Mix shredded chicken with barbecue sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.

Layer half the tortilla chips on a baking tray.

Add half the chicken, cheese, corn, beans, onion, and jalapeños.

Repeat layering with remaining ingredients.

Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted.

Remove from oven and top with tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, cilantro, and green onions.

Serve immediately with lime wedges.
